L-Glutamine - Add 10g (2 level teaspoons) to a small glass of water or fruit juice, at least half an hour before eating or going to sleep. Not suitable if you have cirrhosis or kidney problems. Creatine - Add 15g (3 level teaspoons) to a small glass of water, juice, smoothie or protein. Shake well before use. Not suitable if you have a history of kidney problems. Amino-Mix - Add 15g (3 teaspoons) to 150ml of water, once a day. Shake well before use.
